What we collect and why

If you send us an enquiry through our form or by email, we collect the details you give us (typically your name, email address, organisation and a description of what you are building) and use them only to reply to you and to consider a possible investment or collaboration. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before any agreement and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who processes it for us

We receive and store enquiries using Google Workspace (Google Forms and Gmail), and this website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as our data processors. They may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement with you, in which case the relevant records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by emailing hello@trusttechventures.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals. Sites we link to, such as Google Forms and Substack, have their own policies.
